Campbell is one of the cities that comprises Silicon Valley, though it is not a major city for the tech industry like its neighbors. Campbell is a smaller city in the San Francisco Bay Area, home to just under 40,000 residents as of the 2010 Census. The city was founded in 1851 by Benjamin Campbell, the man for whom the city is named.

Campbell is primarily a residential community with a large commuter population. Campbell is known as the Orchard City for the sprawling orchards that used to exist in the area. While there are still orchard tracts in Campbell, most of the city is now occupied by real estate, which is in high demand thanks to the unique historical architecture seen throughout the city’s neighborhoods.
